    Carbs are at 240-250 g a day, mostly wholegrains....

    Carbs are at 240-250 g a day, mostly wholegrains. Fats are at 70-80 g a day, largely through dairy and peanut butter. Not the best ratio, I suppose, but I'm trying to optimize.
