Recently got back into muay thai and am wanting to change up my regular push/pull routine into a circuit workout.
How does this sound in terms of having enough recovery time between days?
i was thinking that might be best because both heavy days would be further apart. but having the light days right after the heavy would have a good hypotrophy effect etc
