Good ol' California Blend - broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I buy the 1 pound frozen bag and eat them all up - 125 calories. I just steam them in the microwave for 4 minutes. Good stuff!

Oh. I like 'em raw too. I munch a spoonful here and there. They taste...well.. oaty! The problem is that they tend to stick to your teeth.

That's funny. I used to hate oatmeal as a kid - thought it looked and tasted like mashed up wet cardboard. Now I love it! A dash of salt and some cinnamon really wakes up the flavor, too.
