this is my new lifestyle (i avoid the word diet)

i see pics i want to play also. i am 27 5ft11 226lbs at 231lbs on saturday started a new lifestyle of eating and cardio. in the pic i was near 300lbs and about 98% bf ok not that much but im not sure

i have kicked a massive ******* addiction along with herion, xtc, special k, and any other street drug out there also liquor and soda. you can quit smoking.

i just this week started HIIT and i like it, i do 30 seconds full blast 30 at about 60%. i use the elipitcal machine and the staionary bike both the same day. 5 on each so far. i will do 3 sessions...
