I was just effective at 165 -- that, and no matter how much i ate or drank or lifted, 170 was as heavy as I would get. It's crazy. I'm starting to lift again... nothing crazy, but pulled 435 x 3...
I don't think its the muscle belly... the belly is fine - where it inserts into humerous is bruising, and very strong pain when i flex or try to push anything.
Was working out at the wonderful gym planetfitness yesterday morning. While doing my bench set, I felt an incredibly unpleasent tearing/ripping feeling in my upper chest on my left side. ...
