Hit gym early this morning. Second day of teh 5x5 & struggled a bit with the deadlift as my mobility sucks. Need to work on some stretching & mobility exercises in order to execute this lift...

So with regards to supplementation? I am mainly concerned with creatine. Would it be beneficial for me as a complete gym beginner to use this substance on a 5x5 routine ?
