    I'm going to start a cutting for a month and a half. I am thinking of these supplements:

    Currently taking:
    Protein (sometimes whey, syntha 6, or nitro core, possibly muscle milk)...

    The serving size is listed on Optimum Whey Protein as 1 scoop (24ish grams of protein).
