I was thinking somewhere between 11-13%, but I've seen people with less stomach fat on here get estimated at the same amount or even higher. Never had a visible 6 pack. It's my goal right now.
Assuming you're talking about the 2 TBS of oil you put into 2-3 quarts of water, I don't think a marginal error of 10-20 calories will be that significant.
