i some times boil a glass of milk and crack a raw egg or two in there, probably sounds pretty disgusting to most people but I believe this way cooks the eggs or egg whites just enough to make them...

the thumb placement is so critical...i never tried it with thumb on top before but i did recently and it took a lot away from the forearm...good info!!!!!!
