hard to tell but it looks semi decent. Some rounding of the upper back at the bottom. I would suggest doing some goblet squats if all you have are DB's. Look up some squatting videos from Ed Coan and...
No shade intended so please dont misunderstand why I am about to say this: You would likely benefit from researching which muscles do what. That way when you see a movement performed you can pretty...
Look at a lot of pro bodybuilders and powerlifters who have light skin, they have them. I have them to a degree also. My old training partner has them and they are quite noticeable. I would say for...
To be honest it seems like it may stem from a form issue. Seems like much of the stress is placed on hamstrings. I would definitely see a doc but if they say you are good to go, start working on some...
I have experienced this firsthand. Believe it or not, lateral pelvic tilt can affect EVERY movement you perform because the muscles are being trained in the incorrect position. BEFORE starting a...
Please be careful with the youtube and instagram therapy methods (no shade intended). I have seen people overstretch muscles and lacrosse ball smash their way into surgeries after watching internet...
Someone already mentioned keto is a tool in a vast arsenal of weight loss methods. Now I am NOT a keto advocate but I occasionally do some low carb weeks as part of some carb cycling. That being said...
Not too terrible. A bit of forward head and rounded shoulders going on as do most people these days.
The bit about quality work I agree with 100 percent. You may be able to condense a training session with little rest but at what sacrifice to form and amount of weight lifted each set?
Totally agree. If you cant lock out a deadlift you can drop the bar. If you can't lock out your bench, it would be ill-advised to drop it lol. Much easier to kill a pulling session that a pushing one.
Sounds like your rounded shoulders have less to do with your pec minor and more to do with a weaker/overstretched upper back. Definitely seek professional help if it hurts when you breathe.
Did the doctors say anything about what was going on? There are a myriad of issues that could be going on. First place is of course a medical professional. If they check you out and give you a green...
Sounds like it may be best to consult a physician in this case if it’s that bad. I have some wrist issues occasionally but mine are usually fixed with massage techniques used for my forearms and...
Thank you I will definitely look into this, very interesting information presented.
The author of the article admits strength gains are superior in periodized programs. He says the science does not show significant effects on hypertrophy however he recommends some form of...
Do you have any studies you could cite for this? Everything I have ever read on the subject or had to be tested on for best results for strength and hypertrophy gain point to some form of...
Periodization is necessary for growth. Going into the gym without having a long term plan is the worst thing you can do. You need to plan your workouts in advance if you are trying to grow. I would...
To your question concerning linear periodization, hard to say without seeing your routine and the way your cycle is structured. If you wanna drop me a pm of your current routine I would be happy to...
This 1000 times. Also your volume is very high for the rep ranges you are using imo. I feel like too many people fall victim to this “balls to the wall” mentality that they get from a lot of big...
