Ok i understand now. so i would gain weight fast but it would exclusively fat? no muscle? even if my metabolic rate is high? This would just be a crash diet 4 a month to gain some pounds before i go...
i mean i still have 2 to three other meals a day... the sandwiches would be supplemental. also i take a multivitamin a day and eat fruits and stuff.
as far as getting bored of it.... i dont think...
Will this help me gain weight? Im a college student and i dont have a lot of time to make food. I still find time to make a meal a day thou. I figure that its about 2000 calories plus 2 or 3 more...
Ive given up trying to gain weight here at my school. The cafe is just horrible and i don't have a fridge. Ive decided to wait till i get home to gain 15-20 pounds and seeing that i have four months...
