Rent out The Matrix and try to mimic the action on that.
Body Fortress is the company that makes bodybuilding supplements for Holland and Barrett, a UK health store.
The actual whey itself costs only £10.99 for a 906g tub, so that's a plus for those on...
Most taxing?
Without weights it has to be an exercise called "Bastards". Hybrid of all the below exercises performed in that particular order:

I have problems with my knee's. Doc says its just growing pains but rather than risk it should I just skip doing leg exercises for a while? I mean I do chest/tric, back/bi days but my knees hurt like...
Before i started bodybuilding I was tempted by one on the market for £5. But the real question is: who in their right mind would rather frazzle themselves with an electric dohickey instead of having...
I find Donkey Calf raises really good.
Thanks. I didn't properly start lifting till late Summer, cus the gym instructor convinced me to lift little weights lots of times. I thought "he's a gym instructor he knows best" and now I regret...
I started about the same, now I'm about 53kgs. Keep at it.
I'm 5'7". When I first joined the gym last year in January I weighed 105lbs. Now a year later I weigh 122lbs. I have a 1 rep max on my bench of approx 53kgs, not the best but I'm naturally weak and...

I've just had my first bit of Beef Jerky. Nice. Then I read the nutrition stuff. 53g of protein per 100g!!! Now in my eyes that's not bad!
Anyone else notice this?
Would you recommend a Beef Jerky...
What is the correct form for doing a chinup? Do you keep your elbows tucked in or flail them out to the side? I can only flail them out to the side when doing wide grip.
That has to be the worst crock of sh*t I've seen. Knead your abs in the shower to disturb the layer of fat? God.
My friends joined the gym a few months ago, went three times then left. I asked one why and his excuse was "I go when I can". Why is it I can see him going round town where the gym is, all the time?
I realise that you can't squat on a Smith due to ROM but I know you can do bench press' and calf raises but can you do Military Press' on it?
I love them. But a question on the overhand grip chinup:
Are you ment to have your elbows flail out to the sides or are they ment to go in an arch motion like a bicep curl? Kinda hard to explain.
Cheers.
My shoulders are okay, need a bit of work, but my biceps are naturally quite big (compare to the rest of my upper body) because when I first started out training I was mainly doing pullups...
A little off topic(ish) but I was wondering: is it normal if your bicep is "taller" than your shoulders? I mean when I flex the peak of the bicep is higher up than the shoulders.
