    Yesterday was first day of HIIT!

    All i can say is WOW. I did these on a bike.

    I think i did them right...

    I did 20 min:
    1-5min warm up stop for stretch
    6. 50 jog / 10 sprint
    7. 48 jog / 12 sprint

    usaly when i do cardio it is 20 pre workout and 20-25 post workout... i usaly workout at nights at about 9pm... from like 9pm-12am.
