while you can get great leg gains for just the leg press , high bar squatting , heavy , in my opinion will give you the greatest potential leg size.
the split itself is okay. However id recommend it as this:
Upper (Heavy Stuff)
Lower (Heavy Stuff)
Rest
Back + Shoulders (Hypertrophy)
Lower Hypertrophy
Chest + Arms

definitely when i started getting comments on how tall and big i was getting. Plus more bitches in high school line up to taller and bigger kids. Helps a lot.
unless you are on PEDs (steroids), there is no chance to build that much muscle in such little time. This is a marathon not a sprint. If you are a beginner (im asuming you are), get a gym membership...

does the NGA have a teen division? , i know they have juniors which is like 16-23 , but not sure i could compete with a 23 year old. I know OCB has one , and they have shows pretty close to my area
