    I'm 40 and doing the best squats in my life. Better mentality when you age. I try to sleep well, eat clean and train hard, that's the way. Good to know there are way older people training great too!

    Yea taking progress photos of yourself is motivating in a sense that you see the changes more clearly. That tells your mind to keep going so you're able to do the hard work more easily.
