8x10 115lb/50kg strict overhead press today, felt easy.
what percentage of 1rm would 5x10 be?
whats a strong bench at 165lbs? PAUSED of course
Ohp suffering during my cut, last week I did 5x5 67.5kg/150lb and today did 1x5 67.5kg then had to drop it down too 6x2, so annoyed
i like the wrong turn movies lol
should i move up on my 5x5 overhead press? completed my 5x5 last week then hit 1 set of 5 with 2.5kg/5.5lb more a few days later. or should i wait until i can do that weight for 6/7x5?

the barbell is the worst, its loose on one side so the weight feels heavier than it...
Yeah man a home gym would be really good, i was contemplating moving gym. thinking on asking the owner to get a new barbell, it’s unlikely that he would say no. True

So the barbell I bench with at the gym I go to is one sided and ruins my progress, example: I went from an easy 5x5 to grinding out a 4x4, should I just buy my own barbell and leave it at the gym?...

Taking 5-7 days off the gym to let my body heal, been smashing prs these past few weeks but felt weak today and really tired( missing lifts I should of been hitting) have a few aches and pains now...
Yeah most programs do, I was suppose to deload about 8weeks ago lol but I repeated my training cycle as I didn’t think I would need one
