Are wrist straps allowed ? I do around 40 pull-ups weighed with 45lbs in approx. 7min, with straps though...

New bench PR : 1 x 325lbs @ 170lbs bodyweight. My max 2 or 3 months ago was 315lbs. Pretty stocked with the progress. Goal : 335lbs by the summer.

F*** I just bench pressed my long time goal : 315lbs !! That feel having 3 plates on each side !!! Sitting at 168 atm so pretty stocked !! Today was a good day !!! Thanks for the motivation fellows !!
