can u explain that crazy??? ive taken about 2 grams a day sometime last year to help on a cut and i didnt really notice too much. what cycle did u and what else was in ur PCT???
personally when i am bulking id do (very vague):
protein: @ least 20g every 2-2.5 hours (most importantly pre and post workout)
creatine: 2x's a day @ around...
ur diet and ur daily exercise routine should get u to ur goals - post them and im sure some more experienced guys can get u to where u want to be without supps (just dont post it in this section ;) )
