So if i were to load on monday or tuesday, would the routine below still be good?:

Sunday: Legs
Monday: Chest, back
Tuesday: Shoulders, Arms
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Perhaps some circuit...

it depends.. that is if i dont drop the weight needed which is about 2 lbs a week. i may drop 40g or so, not really cut in half.

Any thoughts on the above post about front loading carbs,...

Roughly 200P/ 180C/ 40-45 F on training days
maybe protein is a bit more cuz i take like 1 serving (2scoops) of xtend pre and post WO.

i may be dropping some carbs, perhaps to the low 100s if...
