Is anyone getting the Beta tingles? I'd rather use jacked. Or just buy creatine, caffeine and beta.

Jacked is great, so is Novem. C4 is decent, but I'd take novem or jacked over c4 any day! I don't think c4 works as good. Maybe the original formula was good, but the new one is weak imo.

Looks like a solid program! Similar to what I do now, but I hit each muscle group twice per wk. The supps are staples, protein, creatine, beta, omega's...Very solid stuff he is putting out for free.

Use that stack all the time, but I like to throw in Agmatine Sulfate and Creatinol Phosphate with it.
