i would have to say cheat meals are ok it all comes down to how much of it are you burning...i mean you can have a good meal every day if you are burning that much then fine...

i would have to agree ... cardio is very much interval training you have to keep up your heart rate actually you can find a chart age and % heart rate. for loosing fat you have to maintain heart rate...
