I picked up DDP yoga some time ago. Its pretty good. I do it 3x a week. I feel it helps my hip/back/shoulder issues quite a bit.

When I use one, it really allows me to do more weight. Adds about 60lbs to my 1rm. It also lessens the strain on the shoulders at least feels that way.

Did/Do you have shoulder issues? If so do you have issues squatting do to pain? Is there another option?\
