I read somewhere that you shouldn't eat carbs before bed - things like cottage cheese are fine though. I'd probably double check somewhere as im a noob :(
I have my morning and afternoon shake with 400-500ml of semi milk 2% or less. Sometimes all 3 but I usually have post workout shake with water for fast digestion as I leave gym about 10pm!
This is a valid point, if I'm honest I would guess I'm probably not eating enough - certainly not the 4-6 meals a day most of the bulking diets I read.
