Try Intermittent fasting
Edit : Didn't see pics. You still have a lot of fat, you should be able to lose fat at a decent rate.

2. You can't. Just ask your mom to cook lean meat+ Veggie. You can do sometime a cheat meal
3.Try to find time brah. You can do fasted training first thing in the morning....
