I'd agree...it's too bad they had to reformulate the product. Haven't tried the new version yet, but from what I've heard, it's nowhere near what it used to be.

It's perfectly fine for you to take creatine. Don't worry about getting huge muscles from it, that's not how creatine works, and women don't have enough natural testosterone to get huge either.

Chocolate coconut was REALLY good. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it's such a unique flavor protein. Definitely worth checking out if you're a coconut fan.
