Not really a hater of crossfit but its just that people thinking its a strength builder when its geared more to cardio aspects and that people tend to get confused

Not hating on people in the military but do all platoons in the all the services make use of crossfit exercises, or is it a modified version? I am sure you know that form and technique is important...
