Holy protein! Doing PSMF right now and not eating 300g P on my training days. Do you think doing UD have any benefits compared to eating basically the same ammounts every day?
If I recall correctly, it was Lyle's recommendation for guys below 15% bodyfat to start incorporating weekly refeeds on the second week of dieting hitting atleast maintainance calories of the day.
