Most of the muscle i did lost came back after a week from muscle memory, My Squat and bench dropped 5kg each but i got it back after a week so all good.
Not really kinda think its a bit of a bandwagon, I didn't enjoy it tbh the only benefit i noticed was it stopped me from eating too many calories because i only ate between 11am and 7pm
