Imho and personal experience, if you don´t have a time target, and you´ve been in fat loss for a while.. Take a BREAK! try to maintain what you have achieved 4-8wks, take stim break too..

if not, just try 1 scoop HV with 1-1.5scoops of Alphamine.

I only do 1 scoop HV and the pump are painful...
