I usually just guesstimate at this point, but the base recipe I came up with is:
1 scoop protein powder
25g pancake mix/flour
10g Cocoa powder
Dash of splenda and baking powder
80g pumpkin...

My pleasure man. I really enjoyed them, and myprotein was very generous to send 30 servings total and multiple flavors, so I figured I should return the favor!

Depends on what you like, but my personal favorite is fudge brownie followed by orange dreamsicle. You really can't go wrong in my opinion though because all of the flavors have been pretty fantastic...

I received three flavors as well - cookies & cream, mocha, and vanilla! I've tried two shakes with two of the flavors and have been impressed so far... I'll post up a review thread in a few days once...

I've tried both with sugar added, and they are better but I'm still not a fan. Plus if you need to add sugar to a fruit then I feel like it's a crappy fruit anyway :p
