Right now I only lift twice a week, right now working on Cleans and the other day is front squats and finishing off a 12 week bench program(powerlifting). On the clean day I also do some back work.

Technique is okay, no where near good but passable, saying that I've added 10 Kg to my clean since I devoted 1 hour a week to lifting technique, I'm just trying to find some programs.
Go stand in front of a mirror now with your arm stretched out and your leg. Unless youre a freak of nature then your leg will be significantly longer than your arm.
