On lower day it calls for squats and legpress. I front squat instead of leg press because of equipment limits.

You need to up your intake. I was lighter than you and doing the same thing you are now trust me it's an unhealthy way to eat.

I was thinking that the weights still centered and steady with the cross over grip and feel it in my core along with my legs .
As for swapping it for leg press do you think that's a good choice, ?

The only grip I can manage is the arms crossed gripping the bar because my wrists aren't flexible to do...

Need
1/2 cup oats
5 egg whites (use whole eggs too not as good though )
150g tub greek yogurt
1 tblspn peanut butter
Add eggs oats and half the yoghurt to blender and blend. Cook as normal...
I like the idea of that too but I like training the upper lower more. It ha's the same lifts just more spread out and more volume. PLUS squatting 5x5 the same day as a run in work is rough ha

yeah I've been reading up and learned frequency is better and I know I'll be 2x a week rather than fullbody 3x .
I feel I'll be more consistent since I'd enjoy the routine more...
I want to do lyle upper lower routine. But 3x a week full body is recommended a lot here. Thing is 5x5 routines take around 1.5hrs like icf. I workout in work so I've around an hour every day .

ive a good idea since most rhe things i eat are packaged and labeled etc and tge rest is done by volume,
I was just referring to the protein since itd be accurate to a few grams id day.
