I was reading the "worst supps" thread and I saw that CLA was brought up a few times. I just started taking CLA along with my fish oil and was wondering why this supplement has such a bad rep?
Nitric Oxide products and pre-workout caffeine products give me terrible cramps everytim ei use them. Not sure if you use either but if so try takin a break from them and see what happens.
Has anyone seen any good studies on this? Does it really do anything? Its fairly low priced and companies make pretty strong claims. Is this supp. anything good for fat-loss or muscle gain?
