Im ok if i did squats, but im fried the next day if i did deadlifts.

yea just gain weight at a stead rate so u dont get fat and effect ur hocky performance.

2lb a month 3lb max weight gain per month, train on a solid program. Gainzzzz inbout.

eat more, simple.

Track ur calories and ur weight, if ur not gaining weight, u need to eat more. myfitnesspal is good for tracking calories.

could be anything man, but like u said u had a busy week.

With the food, if i train in the morning, i drink some dextrose, or a sports drink, i find thts better for me.
