He has meal prep videos, but anywhere from 300-500+ carbs and 300-400g Protein, now that he is dieting the carbs probably fluctuate but I wouldnt be suprised if even when dieting he is over 3000-4000...

Ive trained with Dusty a few times and it he is a blast to train with. Fun and strong as an ox, really inspiring

Hemavol would be great for pumps, and if you want a large energy boost, its popular to stack it with a stimulant preworkout, im sure people will chime in with their favorites
