I hate to say this but, I had the exact same symptoms - ruptured disc - I hope to God that this has not happened to you - an MRI is the only way to determine this injury.

I ruptured the same disc about 15 years ago - at the time, I could bench 225 about 6 times - couldn't do 95 lbs.

Came all the way back - benching 225 again - ruptured another one - took a bone...

If you eat a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I promise you, you'll gain weight.

Guys - something that has really helped me is fiber intake. If I eat a raw carrot, I swear I can eat anything on top of it. It completely settles my stomach down.

I would bet anything that you are close to be dehydrated - that happens to me only after I cat the grass or something for a long time in hot and humid weather.
