isn't there any criteria with personal weight and weight recommended for them? it's hard to say i can do comfortably 5, but i can work with 10kg too. Thanks for the response!
i'm 61-62 kiloes now, with what weight i should start training? i have 2 dumbbells and can make up to 18 kg's (but that will be one dumbbell). so what's the best weight to start for me ?
