WHAT???? Every doc should immobilize their patient after that type of surgery.... Damn i was put in a Sling/Splint (which was wrapped under 4 inches thick of gauze) for 3 weeks then a full arm hard...

Yea sounds like you have the exact same situation i do.... How long did you wait before you had surgery?
