for me i don't drink in every weekend, but i still skip at least 3 meals
it is just 2 hard for me when i sleep at 5...
ur only 15 and ur doing good so far
keep going son and one day u might be a pro

but i don't think u can gain muscles without eating meat that's what i know
sometimes i eat rice by itself and count it as protein
now i know...
i usually mix in my protein and i count all the protein i eat
i eat meat protein and protein coming from the ground like beans and potatoes
