    I will say it's easier for a lazy ass like me to repeat a weight and increment by 10 lbs., than to mess with those 2.5 lb. plates all the time. But like I said I'm lazy.

    Westside does 8-12 sets of 3 for dynamic lifts. I've seen other explosive training with similar rep schemes. IMO it would be better to try for 3 reps with rest less, compared to the 6 reps.
