i have done keto. for me i found it too restrcting and i didn't feel healthy.
I know a lot of people have had excellent results on it, but for me personally I prefer eating a wide variety of foods...

i quit last night, was hungry and couldn't choke down any more eggs,
but down bit over a kilo this morning.
That makes 1.8kg. this is so otivating might try and do eggs for another day! lol
