    Whey SciVation Protein Shake

    It says to take it with 4-6 ounces of water. Can I switch water out with milk instead? Would that benefit better too?

    The bottom one always felt like it was working...

    The bottom one always felt like it was working more shoulders than anything, but this my last week of summer then I'm off to college so hopefully they will have inclines benches like the top one.
