Check out PT rates in your area to see what everyone else is charging. To me those prices seem on the cheap side. Know your value and dont be afraid to charge what you know your worth.
I would stay the course but double the progression, add 10lbs upper body, 20lbs lower body until your PR sets are a little closer to like 10 on your 5's week, 8 on your 3's week and 4-6 on your 5/3/1...
