so do less isolation and more compound exercises with heavier weights. sounds pretty legit to me. ill hit the shoulders extra hard to try to get some gains. thanks for all the responses guise
i dont think my eating habits have much to do with it, because ive been making gains on pretty much every other part of my body other than my shoulders.
i go up in weight when i can finish an exercise, say dumbbell shoulder press, with no spot needed. then the next time i work out ill go up five pounds on each set and struggle with the last 1-2 on...
