How does benching stiffen the shoulder/chest? Do you mean by adding muscle mass to the chest it limits the ROM you can make with your arms in f.i. the rack position?
I honestly don´t get kipping, their big argument (correct me if I'm wrong) is 'kipping allows you to go high reps'......in my book....getting stronger allows you to do more reps.
