    When I go to the gym I always go for a full body workout and try to make sure I get everything. Is it better just to go legs one day core the next and upper the last?

    Well I learnt that to build mass you should do 16-18 reps with 80-90% of 1rm. Well that's what I learned in class though memory may have screwed it up though.
