Post Workout shake ... should I count it

Hello All, I have started to drink a protein shake directly after my workout, according to to box 1 scoup is 116 calories and 24 protein should I count this in my daily breakout meals plan? This is the only supplement I take, everything else comes from solid food. Thanks Nic
