    Another reason I post this, I only get about 12...

    Carbs first half of the day, fat latter.

    I've heard that you should pack on most of your daily value of complex carbs in the first half or so of the day, and supplement fats during the latter half, how true is in this statment.

    4% cottage cheese nighttime meal
