Only one off the top of my head and it was beneficial but they used unrealistically high amounts of dairy in it. I will post the study later today as I am at work now.

I haven't read the study yet but they appear to just do 2 weeks in each group which may not be long enough to see the appetite-suppressing effects.

Got in an early workout today prior to my 2nd COVID-19 vaccine.

Deadlifts: 395x5 (felt good but starting to get heavy)
FT bench press: 45x9 (+5 lbs, felt good)
FT rows: 55x10 (+1 rep, felt good)...

You can always add in low-to-high cable flyes after a set of pressing if you have access to a pulley. Decline pushups should also be good as you said.
