I use casein daily! Usually in oatmeal, cottage cheese, or in sludge. I've tried various brands- ON, Muscle Gauge, Higher Power, and Dymatize and would love to try yours! Vanilla for me :)

Has anyone tried the allmax casein fx? If so, does it make a good sludge? I don't use casein in shakes.. I make it into a pudding/sludge but I know some casein's don't work as well as others..thanks!
